2. Production Dept: Making production schedules and production process
3. Purchasing Dept: purchasing raw materials, inspection material quality ,into storage
4. Go into operation, inspection before next process, unqualified part return procedure
5. We will send pictures to customer during the whole process
6. Inspection Dept: 100% inspection before delivery,
7. Package, air cushion film, cartons, wooden case
8. Delivery on time and inform the customer.
Mould Type
1. Standard Plastic Injection Moulding
2. Insert moulding: metal parts, threaded inserts, cables and other components which can tolerate the pressures and the heat of injection moulding, and become completely integrated into the plastic molded part during the moulding cycle.
